Help With "My Booking"
At "Selvbetjening" (My Booking) you can:
- Cancel a booking.
- Extend the rental period.
- See previous bookings.
You can go into "My Booking" in the blue box on the right on the homepage. Enter your details and click on "Log på" to log in:
If you have not entered the correct email and telephone number, you will not see your booking.
Once your enter "My Booking", you will see a list of future bookings, rentals-in-progress and previous rentals.
You can see your rental status by clicking on "Detaljer" on the right next to each booking or previous rentals.
Future Bookings
Go to your bookings by clicking on "Reservation -->" on the right.
On the next page, you will be able to print your booking (Udskriv reservation) or cancel a booking (Slet reservation).
If you try to cancel a booking, then you will be sent to the following page where you will be asked to confirm the cancellation. Note that you can only cancel a booking up to an hour before the start of the rental agreement.
Rentals-in-Progress
If you are already using a Freetrailer and you would like to extend the rental period, then click on "Udlejning -->" next to the booking.
On the next page you will see the status of your rental where you can also print your booking. You can also choose to rent the trailer for extra days by clicking on the "Forlæng udlejning" link.
If you click on the "Forlæng udlejning" link, you will see a page where you must specify how many extra days you want to use the trailer.
You can extend your rental period for 3 additional days at kr. 185 per day.
Previous Rentals
At any time, you can print your previous bookings by clicking on "Udskriv -->" next to your previous bookings.
