Help With Bookings
Go to the homepage and choose whether you want to book an enclosed trailer or a bicycle with trailer:
Once you have chosen the location where you want to pick-up the trailer, then choose the date and the time when you want to use the trailer, as well as the number of days that you need it for (maximum 3 days).
Please remember that the rental of a Freetrailer is only free overnight. It must be returned the following morning at the time stated in your rental agreement.
Once you have selected the date, time and period, you can choose the location where you will pick-up the trailer. Then click on "Vælg" next to the desired location to proceed with the booking.
The next step is to enter your personal details: name, address, telephone and e-mail.
Once you have entered your personal details, you must accept the Freetrailer Terms and Conditions (Salgsbetingelser) and you can decide to purchase Vehicle Damage Cover (forsikring) for kr. 39 per day. Click the two boxes if you agree, as shown below.
Now click on "Accepter og udfør betaling" if you are ready to proceed with the payment.
The next step is to enter your credit card details.
Freetrailer will charge a deposit of kr. 785 and an additional kr.39 for the Vehicle Damage Cover if you have chosen this option.
Now click on "Udfør betaling" if you accept to do the payment.
The next page displays a confirmation of your booking. Click on "Udskriv reservation" to get a copy of your rental agreement, which also includes our terms and conditions. Please keep this copy on you for the duration of the rental period as proof of insurance.
The trailer is now ready for pick-up at your chosen location.
