Use a Bilka Trailer for Free

From 12 September, all Bilka and A-Z stores will offer they customers the use of a trailer for free when they need to transport their goods home.
”At Bilka, we like to be known for good customer service. Therefore, we have now established a service that enables our customers to use a trailer for free. The service has been tested with high customer satisfaction at Bilka in Tilst, so we have high expectations for it to be a success, now that all Bilka and A-Z stores are getting these trailers,” said Jørgen Klüwer, Operations Director of Bilka.
The trailer type is so-called a closed trailer, which allows it to be used in all kinds of weather. Each store will have 5 trailers available and customers can book the trailers either in advance through bilka.dk and a-z.dk or by using the self-serve computers located inside the stores.
The service is established in cooperation with the company Freetrailer, which has several years of experience in the trailer rental business.
